I write less code line by line these days and spend more time directing it — getting the spec and the edge cases sorted up front, then letting AI agents build it. I ship more, and faster, but the decisions and the review are still mine. Laravel's my main framework, and I've packaged my own workflow into tooling I carry between projects — a set of Claude Code skills and a memory system I published for anyone to use.
